I spent Thursday and Friday with friends on our 3rd annual overnight stay at a cabin at Nakkertok North, organized by our queen-of-ski, Peggy.

Yes, we are in shorts!

The early spring weather left the trail unfit for skiing so we strapped on our snow shoes instead.

After a challenging trek up Heartbreak Hill, we were ready for a smorgasboard of great food.

Beautiful sunshine, energizing exercise and special time spent with wonderful friends made for a lovey visit to Osterhus. If you look closely you can see the other snow shoers in the reflection of my sunglasses.
